How do I return my order?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the original order by sending your items back to our warehouse.
Please ensure you have attached your original order receipt or a note with your order number in the package.

How long till i get my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 7-10 working days. Once your package is received, we will start the processing and you will get an email notification once the refund/gift card has been issued.
How do I use a promotional code?
Please add your code at the checkout where you’ll see the ‘Promotional Code’ box. Type your code here, click ‘apply’ and, if it’s valid, your discount will be applied.
Heads up: it’s just one code per order please.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, our warehouse team will have already started processing your order! In some cases, we may be able to help so contact us as soon as possible and a Customer Service advisor will try to assist you.
CanI exchange an Item?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
Can i get a discount?
